Dr. Hootan Zandifar, MD
Double Board-Certified Otolaryngologist & Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Hootan Zandifar is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist whose practice spans the full intersection of ENT medicine and aesthetic surgery. His expertise is particularly focused on cosmetic and reconstructive issues of the face and scalp — areas where the precision of surgical technique meets the artistry of aesthetic vision.
Dr. Zandifar's philosophy of care centers on the belief that every patient deserves a treatment plan as unique as their anatomy and goals. He approaches both functional ENT cases and cosmetic procedures with the same meticulous attention to detail, ensuring outcomes that are not only medically excellent but aesthetically refined and personally meaningful.
His areas of specialty include rhinoplasty (both cosmetic and functional), facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, ENT-related care affecting the face, nose, and surrounding anatomy, hair restoration, and comprehensive otolaryngology. Dr. Zandifar is known for his ability to communicate clearly with patients, setting realistic expectations while pursuing exceptional results.
Dr. Neal Deot, MD
Fellowship-Trained Facial Plastic Surgeon & Otolaryngologist
Dr. Neal Deot brings an exceptional academic foundation and elite surgical training to ZMD ENT. He completed his undergraduate studies in neuroscience at UCLA, developing a rigorous scientific foundation that informs his approach to both medicine and surgery. He earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his otolaryngology residency at Upstate Medical University.
Dr. Deot's surgical artistry was refined through his facial plastics fellowship in Beverly Hills, where he trained under two of the world's most celebrated facial plastic surgeons: Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Babak Azizzadeh. This training gave him unparalleled exposure to the most complex and demanding facial plastic surgery cases, with a particular emphasis on deep structural techniques and natural, lasting outcomes.
His areas of surgical expertise include deep plane facelift and neck lift surgery, cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, lip lift, facial fat grafting, and submental liposuction. He also performs in-office facial procedures and non-surgical treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing, and energy-based skin tightening.

Dr. Deot completes undergraduate studies in neuroscience, building the scientific foundation for a career in medicine and surgery.

Dr. Deot earns his MD from Tulane University and completes otolaryngology residency at Upstate Medical University.

Dr. Deot completes his facial plastics fellowship in Beverly Hills under Drs. Paul Nassif and Babak Azizzadeh, two of the world's foremost facial plastic surgeons.
